Locally harvested Arctic botanicals, lingonberries, crowberries, cloudberries and Nordic junipers, gently infused with glacial meltwater and distilled to create a unique, complex flavour. Classic juniper with a distinct Nordic edge.

In a tasting of the 90 gins available in Norway, Bivrost Arctic Gin came in 6th place and of the Norwegian gins, it came 2nd. Furthermore, this gin has scored 4.5/5 stars in Diffords guide.
TASTING NOTES
Bivrost Arctic Vodka is a fresh clean spirit possessing a soft mouthfeel with a smooth silky finish.
Hints of anise and pepper on the nose, clean mineral taste from the glacial water and touches of dill and fennel with a slightly peppery finish.

- 20ml Beartender Lemon Juice/Puree
- 20ml Thyme Infused Heather Honey
- Add all ingredients to shaker
- Shake and strain into chilled Coupette
