Bivrost Aquavit is a Norwegian potato-based spirit, slowly distilled with an infusion of Arctic herbs and spices including caraway, coriander, fennel, star anise, orange peel and blended with glacial melt-water.
TASTING NOTES
Bivrost Arctic Vodka is a fresh clean spirit possessing a soft mouthfeel with a smooth silky finish. Hints of anise and pepper on the nose, clean mineral taste from the glacial water and touches of dill and fennel with a slightly peppery finish.
